Delmundo B.V. has been acquired by Solinger, all business activities and brand rights have been transferred and will be continued by Solinger B.V. in Almelo, The Netherlands. Solinger's activities are, amongst others, import and export of scissors and knives.

Mundial has been making fine cutlery for almost seventy years, operates 12 production facilities, and employs over 11,000 people worldwide. Professional chefs around the world prefer Mundial cutlery for its comfort, balance, usefulness and durability.

Though from German origin, the production facilities are now located in the south of Brazil.
The distribution of the products is organized through enterprises in Europe, the United States and Argentina.
